🚨 HELP WANTED: Full Throttle Talk Is Looking for a Real Car Nerd (Not an Influencer)

Full Throttle Talk is growing — and we’re looking to add a new voice to the show.

This is a real opportunity for the right person.

We’re not looking for someone who just knows a lot about cars… we’re looking for someone who lives it.

✅ Who We’re Looking For

We need someone who is:

A true enthusiast (car nerd, not a clout chaser)
Dynamic on mic — can speak fluidly, confidently, and at length
Comfortable debating, riffing, storytelling, and making hot takes fun
Someone with range — not just “the Porsche guy,” or “the JDM guy,” or “the truck guy”
Ideally has an existing social following (YouTube / IG / TikTok / X), or at least the motivation to build one

If you only want to talk about your niche, this won’t be a fit.

We’re looking for a person who can naturally bounce between topics like:

New car launches and real-world buyer reactions
Auction insanity (BaT / RM / Mecum)
ICE vs hybrid vs EV market realities
Porsche, Ferrari, BMW, AMG, Corvette, GT-R, Miata… all of it
Restomods, spec culture, collector drama, brand “sellouts”
Driving experiences, racing, track days, wrenching, project cars
The funny side of car culture (because if you can’t laugh at it, you’re doing it wrong)

⚠️ What We Are NOT Looking For

Let’s make this clear.

This is not a role for someone who is:

A “look at me” influencer who doesn’t actually know the subject
A person who can only talk about one platform trend, one car brand, one era
Someone afraid of disagreement, banter, or strong opinions
Someone who needs everything scripted and safe

Full Throttle Talk is not a PR podcast.

We tell the truth, we have fun, and we go where the story is.

🎙️ About the Role

This is a co-host position — not a guest appearance.

You’ll be expected to:

Show up prepared (not scripted — prepared)
Bring topics weekly
Engage the audience and build community
Help drive growth through clips / social presence / audience interaction
Be part of the direction of the show (not just along for the ride)

This isn’t “clock in and clock out.”

We want someone hungry.
